All orders require prepayment to be shipped. Once the order has been paid in full an email or SMS will be sent to verify actual cost for shipping. This additional fee will need to be paid before the order is shipped..***

Our online ordering is is fairly easy to navigate but a quick FAQ won't hurt.
Do I have to place an order online?
Online is fastest, and every order is reviewed during our approval step. You can also call us during business hours.
How long does approval take?
Typically 2–6 hours during business hours (8 AM–6 PM). Orders after 6 PM are reviewed the next morning.
What if I forget the rush fee during the last-minute window?
No worries—our staff will add the $5 rush fee if missing.
What if I miss my pickup time?
We don’t hold orders. You can reschedule (availability) or request delivery/shipping (fee).
Do you offer large orders or corporate gifting?
Yes—use our Custom Orders & Catering form and we’ll quote and approve the details.
